Harald Hotze

Harald Hotze is a specialist for employment law and criminal law.

He was born in Frankfurt in 1962 and grew up there.  He studied law at the Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.

During the course of his practical training period, he spent 18 months professionally in Los Angeles.

He has been admitted as an attorney since 1993 and has almost 25 years of professional experience.  He represents both employers as well as employees in employment law and accordingly knows very well how both sides think and act. 

Harald Hotze's practice in criminal law focuses on the field of "criminal employment law".  Criminal acts at the workplace are often punished with measures involving employment law, such as warning letters, notice of termination or even immediate notice of termination.  A criminal complaint is also often filed by the employer, initiating a criminal investigation.  Attorney Hotze offers an optimum in this field in terms of synergetic representation because he is a recognized specialist in both fields of law.

He was born in 1966 and raised in Frankfurt.  He studied law at the Johann Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. 

He has been admitted as an attorney since 1998 and has more than 17 years of professional experience.  .

Attorney Nunez is a member of the Deutscher Anwaltverein e.V. (German Attorneys Association, "DAV") and is active in the working group on traffic law in the DAV.
